Duration
45 mins have been allocated for each talk. The duration has been chosen in order to leave sufficient time for interaction, so please try to allocate 30 mins for your presentation leaving 15 mins for questions and discussions.
Presentation format and equipment
For in-person presenters, a laptop and microphone will be available for projecting all talks, as well as for sharing the screen and audio with the on-line participants. We therefore favour using the conference laptop which will already be set up.
Please upload your talks via the Indico to your allocated slot before your session starts. Key Note or Power Point will likely work, but please also have a PDF version of your talk as a backup.
For on-line presenters, please be prepared to share your screen via Zoom.
